About us
GeoVerde is a company located in Vienna, which was founded by Hans Peter Rauch and Clemens Weissteiner in 2018. Our focus is on building landscapes. Our experience derives from our long-term work in this research field. We use the knowledge we have accumulated to develop sustainable approaches in our technical-ecological field of activity.
ASSOC. PROF. PD DI DR. HANS PETER RAUCH
Hans Peter Rauch studied Forestry / Mountain Risk Engineering at the University of Natural Resources and Life Sciences (BOKU) in Vienna. After a brief position at the Technical University of Vienna, he has been working since 2001 at the Institute of Soil Bioengineering and Landscape Construction at BOKU, where he leads the Soil Bioengineering research group. Since 2008 Hans Peter Rauch has been self-employed and runs the engineering office GeoVerde, specializing in landscape planning, hydraulic engineering, and forestry.
LENA STAUDIGL Bsc.
Studies landscape planning and landscape architecture at the University of Natural Resources and Life Sciences and has been working at the GeoVerde engineering office since 2024. Her main areas of focus are natural space planning, design and visualization in landscape architecture, detailed planning in landscaping and implementation of engineering-biological measureses.
SIMON STADLER Bsc.
Simon studied Agricultural Engineering and Water Management at the University of Natural Resources and Life Sciences (BOKU). He is currently pursuing a master’s degree in Water Management and Environmental Engineering at the University of Natural Resources and Life Sciences (BOKU). He has been working as a freelancer for GeoVerde since 2024.
